Position Title: Corporate Partnerships Executive
Description:
The Corporate Partnerships Executive will:
- Source and secure new sponsorships, and maintain, develop and strengthen current corporate relationships.
- Introduce and pitch sponsorship proposals for interested prospects.
- Present to Corporate groups about the work of CCIA and how to get involved.
- Implement and monitor a Corporate Partner communications plan with a focus on personalised communications and relationship building.
They will need to:
- Ensure all fundraising activities are conducted within state legislation and best practice guidelines.
- Represent CCIA where appropriate.
- Liaise with Communications staff on PR opportunities that may arise.
- Support the Fundraising Team by sharing mutually beneficial information, participating and volunteering at CCIA fundraising events where possible.
- Assist in meeting the overall financial targets of the Fundraising Team.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3+ years corporate fundraising experience or experience managing corporate partnerships in a not-for-profit environment and tertiary education in Marketing or a related field.

Position Title: Trusts & Foundations Executive
Description:
The Trusts & Foundations Executive is responsible for facilitating the relationship between CCIA & our current Trust & Foundation partners, indentifying & developing new partnership opportunities & increasing revenue. This is done in conjunction with other key stakeholders including CCIA's Executive Director, Head of Fundraising and Senior Scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CCIA's Trusts & Foundations portfolio to achieve budgeted revenue target
- Maintain comprehensive communications calender of annual funding opportunities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify research projects which require funding
- Write & submit grant applications to trusts & foundations on time & ahering to guidelines
- Prepare update reports for current trust & foundation partners
- Maintain up to date records on current, lapsed & prospective trusts and foundations
- Manage partnerships with trusts & foundations & form relationships with trust personnel
- Research & identify new opportunities for funding from trusts and foundations on a regular basis

The largest Foundation, Sydney Medical School Foundation, is now seeking a Director to provide strong leadership and effective management of the Foundations to achieve outstanding results in community engagement and significantly increase fundraising.
As Director, you will develop and implement effective donor relations and fundraising strategies. Surf Life Saving Foundation (SLSF) provides a critical role in ensuring the ongoing financial viability of surf lifesaving in Australia.
SLSF is seeking a specialist Philanthropic Relations Co-ordinator to work at our South Brisbane offices.
Major responsibilities include high end donor relationship management, database management analysis, key stakeholder networking and major events liaison, with primary responsibility for maximising quantity and frequency of high end donations to the Foundation.
Applicants must demonstrate previous success with fundraising initiatives (particularly major donors) and have strong connections within the charity/community services industry. Previous experience with research/completion of funding applications and dealing with government and regulatory institutions is critical.
